    What lighting would you recommend?

I'm poking around www.bhphotovideo.com right now looking for adequate lighting for a standard new york sized living room. Does anyone have any ideas on what criteria should I implement when choosing a lighting system?
Or could anyone recommend a good lighting package?

I think those lights would be good enough. the good thing about them is that you can turn each bulb off if you need less lighting

All I would need after that is a good cooling system.

The lights themselves won't get too hot since they use florescent bulbs. You're going to need a couple of minus green gels since the bulbs that come with most of to today's s kits tend to give off a green/blue hue. Can work for stills, not not so much for video...
