    App for Podcast?

    Who out there has an app for their podcast? Could someone point me in the right direction. Right now I will only be doing audio

    We use a custom built php application to write our feed to itunes. I can send you a link to the code if you wish. If that's the application you were referring to, then let me know. Otherwise there is Audicity for recording, and also a few mac applications to parse the feed data. We prefer to do it on our website though, so we don't have to keep uploading the xml feed file after we make changes.

    There are services out there James that can make an app for you. With that said they are not that inexpensive

    Apple doesn't necessarily like "Podcast" type apps so you should be ready for it to be rejected. Not saying that it will be rejected, but a lot of people have had it happen in the past. They usually tell you to build an HTML5 version blah, blah, blah...

    I would suggest you offer something more than just an RSS to your podcast. Chatroom, Video, Blogpost... just to name a few

    The last App I outsourced cost me $444 dollars. I used an Indian developer. Another dev that I use from Eastern Europe is usually $1000 to start, depending on how complex it is.
