    Tricaster"esque" Menu

Anyone know of a program that will allow me to set up some kind of custom menu like the Tricatser has on Windows? I'm getting the broadcast machine prepped at my High School, and since all different types of studetns will be operating it, I thought it would be easier to have a big button menu interface for them to navigate while not in Wirecast than shooting them back to the desktop.

I know NewTek hand coded this menu specifically for Tricasters, but does anyone know of something simiilar? Mainly just looking to use it as an application launcher.

Your best bet is to either put big icons on the desktop, or install something like ObjectDock. CircleDock also looks interesting.
