Video File Size question

I have been testing a few different formats for my show im getting ready to start. What is a good size for a 1 hour video podcast?

I produce two different video files in x264 format. I produce a 1280x720 at 2Mbit video and 128Kbit audio for uploading to YouTube. The 2nd version is 640x360 at 256Kbit video and 96Kbit audio to be downloaded via podcatchers and iTunes. The 1280x720 runs about 650MB and the 640x360 runs about 150MB for an hour long show.
