Dont Use Feedburner for your podcast ?? Is this true?

I was listening to Daniels podcast and he said that we should not be using feedburner for podcasting. It actually isnt good for tagging and will override your podcast settings. Is this true? What do you guys think of feedburner.

    this is what he said:
"There are better ways to do everything that FeedBurner can do. But these better ways require more knowledge and sometimes money. If you can’t invest either of these in the beginning, then FeedBurner may be right for you.

If you use any hosted blogging platform (like Blogger, WordPress.com, BlogTalkRadio, or SquareSpace), then you should definitely use FeedBurner."

I've personally used Feedburner for most of my feeds during my first year of podcasting. I've heard both sides of the story: some advocate using it because it makes it simple to change your feed if you have to move it for some reason; others say no, as in Daniels' case, because it apparently can cause problems. I haven't seen any problems with using it. In Feedburner, I simply duplicate the settings I have set up in PowerPress for the show(s).

Feedburner can complicate a feed more. But I haven't come across an issue I haven't been able to fix and the benefits outweigh the negatives. I also use it to auto post to Twitter.

Feedburner was great in 2005 when we needed a way to get our iTunes tags into our podcast. Powerpress does it better now and takes advantage of new features that feedburner has no clue about (it hasn't been updated in years). Here is a video that shows the importance of owning your feed (especially blogger, blog talk radio, etc). http://youtu.be/TdQrKhjF7IY

The only issue I see is if someone moves their site from Wordpress. Feedburner allows you to have the freedom to move and change your RSS at anytime.
