    Wow.....never thought about as much audio equipment as you have. That is phenomenal!! So jealous. Setting up my separate PC for Skype this week and I was proud of that...LOLOLOL. Your stuff in incredible Andrew. Nice work.

    Hey there andrew.
    My tech guy says I should look into buying an a/d d/a sample rate converter. What are your opinions on something like that?

    To answer, I've been following your post on this forum and as a result I'm readjusting the studio. I can at least tell you at this point that I have ordered the Sound Blaster Recon3D. We're planning on using the optical out of the converter to the optical in on the recon3d. Does this sound like a competent set up? Or am I reinventing the wheel here?

    Here is my small setup! PC running Windows7 with 8gig of ram, a Behringer X2442 mixer, Heil PR-40, Sure SM7B, DBX 266xx compressor (not used).
