I'm using some unconventional means to capture the interviews. I use 2 GoPro Hero2's for the shot pointed back at myself and the wide shot; and point a TM900 at the monitor to capture the interviewee. I'm doing it that way because I'm really not happy with any software that records video conversations like this. The results have been surprisingly effective.
