    Video Gaming Streaming?

Anyone here do any video game streaming? If so what service do you use? And what type of equipment you have?

For me I stream on twitch.tv(Justin.tv) and manly stream PC and Xbox. I use the HDPVR and have an AMD 6 core 3.6 GHz processor. With 16 GBs of RAM.

I like twitch as well, but I have a problem streaming from my PC, no matter what I do I experience lag, and not from the processes either, since I watch my cpu and it doesn't go past 30-35%, so it has to be the net, not sure, but I'd love to figure out what's the problem is with it.

Video Game live streaming is very hard on a computer. Its something that you cant do with a 3 year old PC the equipment needs to be new. What Software are you using to stream and what connection do you have?

I stream to Twitch and use XSplit on my i7 920 with 12GB of RAM. Works great for what I stream (which is mostly Minecraft, WOW, Space Marines, Darksiders, etc.)
