Cool Microsoft Lifecam Cinema with Wirecast

    Hey IAIB!

Finally another episode of Wirecasting! In this episode, I show how to achieve great video quality with the Microsoft Lifecam Cinema! This relative inexpensive web camera produces great video for use with Wirecast, but only if the camera is tweaked to it’s full potential. If you have any questions or ideas for future episodes, please leave comments below the video! Enjoy!

Great tutorial, Chase! Though I had already figured this out through trial and error with my Lifecam Studio webcam, this should be most helpful for those just starting to use webcams and they keep wondering why their video is so crappy.

Keep up the good work with these videos!

I REALLY wish that this worked under OSX. The appears to be no way to shut of the auto settings. Quite frustrating. Need to track down a Logitech c910 I think. Great video Chase!

There actually is a way. I found a great app in the Mac App store (Thanks to IAIB Member Joe De Max for the tip). The app is called Webcam Settings. Here is a link

    Hey Andrew,

That's hilarious. I did a huge search last night and found the same tool! Was just about to come and chat about it here. It works well, shutting down the autos increased the quality greatly.
