Lightbulb My 1999 Interview On Our Local Radio Station ABout the New City Owned Cable Company

Little did I know that my youngest son was holding onto an audio recording of a 1999 interview that I did along with the GM (at the time) of CityNet for our local radio station, WTIF. The city owned cable company had just started and we were there to try and answer some questions about exactly what we were doing.

As you can imagine, there were a lot of people in town that didn't like the fact that government was competing with private business. Problem was, private business wasn't bringing the much needed service to the area. So the city did. For $8 million. Which wasn't enough.

Anyway, here's the interview after it was digitized and I added pre-interview and post interview segments.

    Hope you find it interesting!
