Anyone using Podclear to record skype calls?

I just discovered a company called Podclear. Is anyone here using it? It seems like a pretty decent service

Im noticing more and more of these services coming out but its getting hard to tell who is better than the other one

I just signed up. This would be great as we have had a few times trying to get guests to record their own audio. My only worry is that it looks to be Mac only. A cross platform (or web based) solution would be much better IMO as you don't always know what OS a guest will be running.

[edit] nevermind, I see they mention running on both Mac and PC. That's great! Hope to get in the beta soon.

Hi Hannah, How would I be able to get in on the beta program? I'm signed up for the newsletter and would love to give it a shot.

    Hi Hanna,

Is this similar in audio quality to ipDTL or Source Connect for Voiceovers and Radio Location recording?

I know it records as a wave file. we used it for a Techwebcast show as they were guests that day. It worked quite well.

    Hey Robert!

Yes! We record locally to avoid that garbled "over the wire" sound
