    lol true, but data caps will need to evolve and be unlimited without throttling. It's holding back live streaming innovations amongst other things. On a similar note, Terry White from Adobe wrote a neat article about Comcast's data cap: http://terrywhite.com/comcast-time-r...00gb-data-cap/
