Wink Livestream leasing out some of their unused space.

Here's their craigslist ad (doing it through craigslist no less!). If you follow the link there's lots of photos of the space.

Rooftop access with city and water views

Their "Livestreampublic" seems pretty empty as well.

I went down there to ask about booking their public space for an event and they never got back with a price.
I saw the room where they build the turnkey streaming boxes they sell. There didn't seem to be much being built.
Their $1999 software dropped to about $799.
Either the discovery on their landing page is weak or they don't seem to have many streams happening.

Maybe I just don't understand their business model.

Lot of things wrong with their business model...Yep!

Business in high tech is very dynamic. Business owners slip into a comfort zone and don't change.

What they got paid big bucks for in the past...well those days are gone soon enough.

Condescending support personnel don't make the mix any better.

There are too many ways to do the things that in the past were expensive and difficult to do --and shrouded in mystery.

In other words, they will probably have to do a complete rework of their business and find new creative ways to build the revenue stream.

Startup companies with an edge and are on the front side of emerging industries make the big bucks in the product lifecycle.

The problem is... the product lifecyle as it matures means prices come down or...else.
