Test Footage for Deadpool Feature Film

Last summer, comic book writer/artist Rob Liefeld spoke about some test footage for the Deadpool feature film put together by director Tim Miller with Ryan Reynolds reprising his role as the Merc with the Mouth. Now, a version of that footage has appeared online. It’s unclear how the video managed to find its way to YouTube, but it can be viewed in the player below for the time being.

Deadpool has been in development for a number of years, but despite fan demand has never gotten the official green light. Zombieland writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick penned the script for the film, which is set to be directed by Miller.
