New Capture Card Manufacturers

Increasingly there are a number of Manufacturers starting to produce cost-effective video capture cards and devices. Magewell and aVerMedia are perhaps the best known of these, as well as the higher end vendors such as Matrox and Black Magic. A new one that has come to my attention is OUPREE.
