    HD-SDI Video output/input

    As I mentioned on Google Plus, I would be very surprised if there wasn't a subscription required, along with a higher bandwidth requirement.

    As you can tell, I'm not real hopeful regarding this announcement.

    Better quality will certainly require more bandwidth. It would be perfectly reasonable for TX to be a subscription service. What is interesting is to hear Skype's admission that many broadcasters already use their service. Most of them are not in compliance with Skype's terms of service.

    From what I can remember in the past it has always been a strange thing for skype and broadcasters

    I'm guessing they will use their own servers instead of peer to peer. Its a hassle to lose all the callers during a podcast if the host drops out.

    This is very cool but the reality is 99&#37; of us will never buy it. I really hope that they put those features in the standard version of Skype.
