    Prep work...Whats that? I just love sitting in front of the mic and doing my thing. If by chance the calls are a bit slow, I just go into my week, or discuss what's happening on the message forums or in the "business" of hair loss. The beauty of broadcasting about what you do as opposed to discussing what others do, is that it takes very little prep work...you live it.
