Best Soundcard for Internet Broadcasting

I will be working on my audio this month and plan on upgrading some of my hardware. One thing that has come up is Soundcards. I am currently using a Creative Xfi Fatality Champion Series Soundcard. Would I hear better sound quality by going to something like the M Audio Audiophile 2496?

I have been using my onboard soundcard for a while. Seems to be ok. I do have a slight buzz from it
