    Problem there is that thats SDI, a lot of my clients want HDMI inputs.

    I can't help but feel there's either market or technical reasons why that hasn't happened. I can only guess.

    Soon to market is the Yuan SC510, a 4-port HDMI capture card. Price and available are tbd. Yuan showed this off at NAB.

    While the overall solution might seem pricey with Quad at $995 and each convertor at $295 (nearly $2200) that works out to about $550 for each input and with SDI, unlike HDMI, it's very easy to do long cable runs.
