    Thanks Tom for the comments.

Here is a sort of template of our workflow:

    CONTENT:

I teach two other courses that are responsible for media content for our broadcasts.
    - Our Video Production Course is responsible for all commercials, PSA's, news shorts, animations, pre game interviews, etc...
They utilize Final Cut, Motion and After Effects for development and output all work as a DV stream for loading in our Edirol.
    - Our Graphic Design students are responsible for all logos, and graphics needed for Vid Pro projects or as Targg images to be imported into our CG.

BASIC BROADCAST EQUIPMENT (Just so you know, the kids and I ordered the customized desk and did all installation of the desk, control room cabling and equipment. This is not our original desk. Before we had everything on makeshift tables)

*Main Display - 2 Flat screen tv's with two quads to split out the screen.
*Buff instant replay that utilizes a small switcher to handle the multiple camera feeds.
    *Edirol PR50 Video presenter
    *Compix CG
    *Presonus StudioLIve 16 mixer
    * 4 Canon XL2's for most work. A small GL fixed on a mount for talent.
