Using audio compression plugins for your podcast

I am always looking for ways to improve my audio podcast and just discovered VST plugins. What if any are you guys using for your podcast. What are some plugins that you can recommend to make the audio sounds great!

I use Chris' Dynamic Compressor - a plug in for audacity. I just recently started using it across the network and I've done about 12 shows so far with it and it works really well. Though the credit is due to Daniel Lewis from The Audacity to Podcast. You can find the episode where he talk about it here or you can just go ahead and download the compressor here
