    They have had better luck financially than in the past. I remember when they first went bankrupt, and 1000 broadcasters all at once muttered under their breath ,"That's what you get for paying Howard Stern 100 mil..."

    Not that I have anything against Howard Stern...

    But yeah, Its funny this lawsuit came up AFTER they announced they flipped coin. Its almost as if SX was waiting for the moment to pay them back for trying to re-negotiate royalty claims.

    Howard was a life line / investment for the company. The issue with Sirius is the same issue with terrestrial radio. They are not creating new on air talent to replace the aging dinosaurs. If you ask me the entire " LESS TALK MORE MUSIC" is one of the factors that has attributed to the downfall of radio
