    found this today

    http://www.obsremote.com/index.html

OBS Remote is a websocket based plugin/webclient for Open Broadcaster Software. Basically it enables you to control and monitor your stream in the browser from a remote computer. So if you use a second computer to stream or have a laptop but not a second monitor to stream from, OBS Remote will enable you to control your stream without having to alt + tab or interrupt your stream.

I have currently tested OBS Remote with Chrome, Firefox, Desktop Safari, and the Steam Browser. So other browsers might perform in an unpredictable way (or not at all if they don't support websockets.)
