    Vidblaster Version 3 .14 RC2 released

    A small bug fix in this second RC in the File | Clear Profile command which accidentally also removed the (invisible) Time Base module.

    Download the new VidBlaster here. Please remember this is a beta version, it may contain bugs and/or missing features.

    Note the Trial version is equal to the Studio edition. Order your license for VidBlaster Home, Pro, Studio or Broadcast in the store or at your local reseller. Make sure you order the correct license, more information about licensing can be found in this article.

    He keeps forgetting to mention that the release version also contains bugs now :-)

    Tom Sinclair just sent an email to his customers about this:
    ===========================
    A recent Windows Update has caused problems for Adobe users, VidBlaster users and others. In VidBlaster Version 2, it causes the Player Module to malfunction and show only half of the screen.
    It has been pinpointed to update KB2803821. Check out this thread in an Adobe Forum describing the problem and solution.
    Hope you have dodged this bullet, but, it not, this should get you on the right path!
    =================================

    Thank you Tom !! This is service :-)
    I read the thread in the Adobe forum http://forums.adobe.com/message/5494394#5494394, and the only thought that came to mind was, the problem was found because the moderators there allowed the discussion about the problem to continue instead of getting pissed, ignoring posts, and telling users to 'use a different version'. If what's his name would have said something like "yeah, there is a problem, let's work on this together", I would have probably spent hours trying to find which update did this (like you must have done). But he chose to get pissed and normally this points to a situation where someone realized they were caught red handed :-)))))))

    Thanks again Tom, now to updating Windows without the offending update.
