Hi. I know Wirecast 6 doesn't have the same effects for Windows as it does for Mac OS X but is there any way I can adjust the contrast and sharpness of any element video, window capture or otherwise?

The Mac version has filters that are accessed through the OS. There's no equivalent on Windows.
On Windows, the device driver would have to support it.
