Seriously? And the fact that the article calls them "adorable." No. Just No. I cannot take a podcaster seriously with one of those things. Plus the writer seems to think $99 is expensive for a microphone. Who the heck would want one of these mics?

Wow. It doesnt even look real to me. I guess if I had a funky set I could see using a mic like that but it really does like like a toy. Not sure if I would buy one.

To be honest with you, when I read the article that was linked to the OP, those are not the pictures I looked at.

From what I remember Gibson hired someone Blue to work on the Nest line of products. That might be the reason they are making "snowball" style mics.

Skipper is a good guy. He and I have had quite a few conversations. We just don't agree on Yetis and Snowballs.
