Migrating from PodOmatic platform

Any PodOmatic users out there? I am struck with PodOmatic in what turns out to be a bad marriage and I basically want a divorce from the service.

I suspect there are errors with my iTunes feed as my listenership has fallen drastically. Unfortunately, I can't check it because the feed belongs to PodOmatic (The things you realise on hindsight) and the help desk is not very responsive.

1. Is there a way I can get my RSS feed back from PodOmatic? Or find another way to check on the errors?
2. Has anyone in this group successfully migrated from PodOmatic to Libysn or Blubrry? Can you share you experience?
