Video Tearing on Skype calls
I am hoping someone here can help me solve this issue. In the past we were using Black Magic Intensity Pro capture cards to bring in video from our Skype machines. It went from the Video Card HDMI output to the black magic card. We always experienced Tearing with the video.
Last week we went over to the AJA Kona 3g and Kona 4 capture cards. Now the video from the Skype machine is leaving the video card VIA HDMI, going into a AJA HA5 HDMI to SDI Converter, Then into the capture card. I am still experiencing tearing.
What can I do to fix the tearing issue from the skype machines into the capture card.
