My main shot is a canon hf200 and all the other shots are Microsoft Lifecam cinemas and one Logitech c910.
Main camera is the Canon HV30, I wanted the HV40 but it was 800-900 pounds new, after reading that there was very little difference between the HV30 & HV40 (40 has a few extra functions) I went for the 30, found a 2nd hand unit on ebay for 250 pounds, bargain!
A few reasons I opted for this camera:
Canon optics, I trained in cinematography a few years back, I have always used Canon gear, they have the best optics in the business in regards to consumer grade gear.
Best function about this camera is its ability to send out both HDMI and firewire at the same time, I use firewire for the live stream and capture the 1080p footage via HDMI to a hard drive to be edited in post for my higher quality VoD uploads.
NTSC models are called Vixia and the PAL models are called Legria.
Canon Gl2, sony hdr xr500, and sony handycam. Although the handycam has been confiscated this summer by my granduaghter who is 12 and dong a summer movie.
Two Microsoft LifeCam Studio webcams and occasionally one Logitech C920. :)
In the Naked Ape Production Studio I use Microsoft Lifecam Cinema for my shot and 2 Logitech C-910's for my co-host and guest. I also have used on occasion a Canon ZR960 for product shots and i use a Canon Vixia HF R20 in the field.
4 Microsoft Lifecam Cinemas and a Logitech C920.
JVC Handycams, the ones with the small VHS tape.
I am using a c920 for my main shot and then the c910 for my co-hosts.
I use a Microsoft Lifecam cinema and a HP 3110 which I had lying around the house.
I am using a Microsoft Lifecam Cinema and a LifeCam HD-5000. Two very good webcams.
