Justin.tv today closed their services down. As this doesn't come as a surprise due to Google buying the parent company Twitch.tv others have asked for options for free to stream?
I have been using a service called justcast.org it's free and you can get custom embeds for $50 a year, no ads. If your looking for a budget and free service, I suggest using this.
I'm also a site mod, and know the owner very, very, well. So give it a shot! What do you have to loose?

Perhaps do an overview of justcast features, maybe as a separate post featuring it. It's always interesting to see new companies enter a market with new business models especially as others fall by the wayside.
