Need 4 live tv channels playing simultaineously and display one TV screen in 4 boxes

how to go about this...

using a 32" TV I would like to display 4 live cable tv channels at one time on the screen simultaneously.

As I visualize four rectangular boxes on the screen with a channel in each.

I was planning to use a smart Tv, if that will work. I have a TV capture card and it works well enough, for one tv channel at a time. I've not found a 4 channel capture card.

This may sound non-workable, but multiple channels from multiple cameras have worked for years with closed circuit tv cameras.

I'd appreciate any information about this.

A simple option would be to go with something like the Matrox QUAD SDI to HDMI MULTIVIEWER for 3G/HD/SD

I have yet to find a Capture card that does 4 HDMI. Everything out there is SDI
