I know a lot of people use Podtrac for keeping track of their show downloads. This is accomplished using their prefix/redirect URL in front of the actual file for the show. Today I have been posting the latest episodes for several GFQ shows and noticed that all of the shows we track through Podtrac were not longer working.
Apparently Podtrac is changing everything to lower case. So any file names such as My_Show.mp3 gets modified to my_show.mp3 which on Linux servers is case sensitive, and won't work. I have no idea why Podtrac is doing this, or if they will fix this issue, but I wanted to let others know of the cause.

Looks like they fixed this issue today. They said it was due to a temporary server migration.
