I was thinking about 8pm ET on Thursdays
I would make a time that is good for both the East and West coast. Thursdays at 8 should be good.
Whatever time you pick, make sure its a time you can do every week (or whatever your schedule is). You don't want to be 3pm this week, 5 pm next week, 10 am next week. be sure to look at your family situation and make sure you're not going to have conflicts.

I personally think later shows have a harder time attracting new viewers.Anything after 8pm ET is late IMO
I run 11pm-2am ET and its been fine considering what I discuss on air. It is outside of the family hour thus eliminating any issues due to content.
