Black Magic Intensity Pro Skype Issues

I want to start this thread for people experiencing issues with Black Magic Designs Capture cards and Skype.

Here is my first question.

I have an issue with getting the card to work consistently. I experience different issues on different machines. One one of my machines I can not get Skype to use the capture card. It tells me constantly that its either in use or just shows a black screen. On my other machine it works but will switch from HD to SD every min or so.

Have you had luck using these cards with Skype?
