I have been in the market for a new laptop for a while now. I have always thought Macbook Pro and not even looked at the Air. A few days ago I was watching a YouTuber who is a "hardcore gamer" and he talked about how he loves his Macbook Air and I was really surprised. He doesn't use it for gaming but he talked about how great the battery life and the device is. If you have owned a Macbook Pro and Macbook Air what would you recommend for general use and very minimal gaming.
The MacBook Air is great. (A bit over priced in my opinion. No Retina display. Retina displays are great for your eyes.) Apple should really make an iPad Pro already.
What software would you use on a general use computer?
Would you be using it for school?
I just bought a new Retina macbook pro i7. I love it. Blazing fast. Make sure you get the 15 inch if you are getting a Pro. It is the only one that comes with a quad core i7. All the other i7's are dual cores
