C.D.N.s that offer lowest latency between production and viewers?

I was wondering if anyone knew of C.D.N.s that offer the lowest live broadcast delay/latency between a production and the viewers' view?

Example: When I produce a live stream using YouTube Live, I notice a 30 to 60 second delay between my production and the outputted view of my live broadcast on another computer.

At times I see 4 or 5 seconds on Bambuser, same on Daily motion.
