Yep, 4k is just around the corner and I do believe that Sony will lead the pack. No, I'm not a fanboy but they do tend to be on top of things' in terms of technology with cameras and video. Heck, I'm still using an old A900 from 2008 and frankly I still love it with Carl Zeiss auto-glass.
