Listening as I'm typing this. The first thing I noticed was the Cliff Ravenscraft style open " podcastttt answer man". I would try something different.
I would also try to work on the Ughs. Slow it down and get your thoughts together.
Other then that the content is informative and helpful to many

I didn't think I talked that far so I will make that new effort. The intro does sound very Answer Manish so I will work on that. It is always a work in progress with the umm's, but thanks for pointing out that they are still noticeable.
