I need a single muff headset with a microphone.

Our play by play analyst wants a new microphone but he wants a single headset with it to be used in a mixer. The camcorder we are using has 3 pin XLR. I can't seem to find a good mic with a single headset under $100. Am I looking in the wrong places? Can anyone steer me in the right direction? Thanks.

There are plenty of single-ear headsets, but the price point is going to be hard to meet. Get a Plantronics DSP400. The ear pieces are not tight over the ears. You can still hear ambient sounds.

I might have to go with one over $100 to get a single ear piece that has XLR 3 pin.
