I am doing a studio revamp and I am looking do get a real camcorder and move away from webcams. What do you suggest?

have you looked into the canon hv30/40. I have heard very good things about it. It also supports FireWire

Im looking to spend about $200 it doesnt need to be new it can be used.

Im not sure what you can find for 200 bucks but you might wanna stick with the logitech c920 and work on the lighting

Would you suggest the c920 or the Lifecam cinema?

I thought you said "Camcorder" and move away from "webcam". C910/C920 are webcams, but they are the best of the webcams out there imho. When you get into camcorder style cameras it will cost you more, and you might have to add HDMI capture cards into your system, since firewire camcorders are getting harder to find.

I think a C910/C920 with a lighting kit will do you just fine.

In some cases the Webcams can perform better then a camcorder. It all depends on the sensor on the camera. Many of them do not perform well under low light situations ( Even with a good lighting Kit)
