An interesting article over at TechDirt about how the ISPs that have agreed to be part of the "Six Strikes Plan" will make your Internet connection almost unusable around the 4th or 5th strike. Even worse, they will include businesses in the plan, so free cafe WiFi that gets hit under this action may find that its customers can't really use the perk while sitting there drinking coffee, etc. That could ultimately hurt their business. Many ramifications can come from this action from these ISPs.
I personally hope someone opens up a lawsuit over this. It really flies in the face of net neutrality.
