I was wondering if anyone out there knows if there is hardware that can add additional Mix minus channels to your setup. I currently have 2 aux sends on my mixer and it allows me to have two Mix minus channels. The issue is that I need 2 more.

If your mixer has subgroups, you could use those as mix minuses too. If not, the way I see it, you'll have to get a new mixer. Might be someone here with a more creative solution, though.

Alek, Andrew knows the answer to the question. He just doesn't like it.

Haha, well, ignorance is bliss. Andrew, get yourself a fully modular mixer. Expensive, but you'll be able to customise it! ;)

You could use a matrix mixer and then separate the mixing of the return audio feeds and the on air feeds. As long as your mixer has direct outs on each channel this should be pretty straight forward.

I guess I should talk to my friends at Telos for one :)
