For those wondering if they should upgrade to windows 10 this is really important if you are trying to install Wirecast.

Quick time 7.7.8 installed on a "clean" windows 10 machine.

Have you heard of any other issues of Windows 10 not supporting other audio drivers as well as DAWS?

Hey Dana,

There are plenty of issues. If the device has an outdated certificate windows will not allow you to install it. I had this very issue happen with my Livewire audio Drivers. There is a workaround to this problem. If you launch the installer from CMD as and admin you can force the install.

Well.. haha well.. I wouldnt take it that far :) Windows vista was a total disaster. Its more of an issue with the companies making the driver. I think in a few months a lot of the hardware makers will get their act together.

Check the companies website to see if the drivers work in windows 10 before installing :)

Noting that Wirecast 6 series should no longer be dependent on Quicktime.
