What would you all consider the best live streaming site currently. I know this changes every year . Ustream was wonderful but its ads every 15 min are really hard to deal with.

Should I be looking at things like Blab ?

I have read post on other sites concerned with the amount of spam they were receiving after signing up with Blab.im.

It depends on what you want. There are a few different CDNs out there offering free service. Streamup and Vaughn have the least amount of ads from what I have seen.

I checked out streamup and it seems pretty good. Anyone here use it?

Take a look at Justcast and Connectcast as well.

I doubt JustCast will ever come back.

I was trying streamup but I have a lot of delay: do you have the same Amnon?

I wouldn't call it "lot of delay" Spino, at times it can be 20 seconds, but in general it is around 5-10 seconds. Register at youlivenow.tv and give it a try. This is the owner of the old justcastlive.tv, and the delay is 2-3 seconds for me at this point.

Thank you Amnon. I'll try youlivenow. I know, 20 seconds aren't a lot of delay but if you have a live chat and you want answer live, 20 seconds are too much (2 or 3 seconds are ok).

We kinda decided that we don't pay much attention to the chat as far as answering questions. We are asking the listeners to call in if they have a question :-)

Youlivenow is perfect for me even if I didn't find any way to embed the streaming video on my site. Delay is about a couple of seconds and, setting credentials inside Wirecast, I can broadcast without any other interface. Thank you Amnon.

You are most welcome. Always happy to help :-)

The delay is an issue with almost ever CDN now. I think it has something to do with a non Flash based video

Amnon, do you know which wholesale network is behind youlivenow.tv?

I had a private message with youlivenow support and they gave to me the code to embed the setup page (player + chat). He said that it's possible to embed the player but not the chat at the moment so I think that a good solution is to embed the entire page. Good news anyway.
