I just discovered Zencastr after looking into what Podclear was doing. Does anyone here use the service? would love an honest review.

It's just another flavor of WebRTC, which has little usefulness for many people until WebRTC includes the ability to select the sound card for output. Now it only uses the default Windows sound card.

Zencaster was featured on VoIP Users Conference Hangout #556 (http://www.voipusersconference.org/2015/vuc556-zencastr-recorder/) It does more that Mike suggests, it's primary function as far as I heard, was real-time capture and upload of the media. This basically allows you to capture the local media stream in chucks, uploading it to a service such as dropbox even as the podcast is ongoing.
