Doing a podcast more than once a week

I have been a listener of podcasts for a few years now and I at times find that once a week is too little when it comes to my favorite shows. I am getting ready to start podcasting and was considering doing it twice a week.

Do any of you guys do shows more than once a week? What are some obstetrical you have faced?

We produce one that airs five days a week. You have to decide what you're physically capable of doing. Having enough content is critical to being able to continue.
