fiverr is a good start. There are a bunch of "Podcasting" services out there and one of the things that they offer are graphics. I payed around 250 dollars for mine. It came with all the sizes I needed

I'm no graphic designer, but I whipped up ours myself using paint.net on Windows. It's nothing fancy, but it worked.
