Recommended Logo Size 140 x 140 pixels?

Hi Guys so I am currently putting the final touches to plans for GuideMedia.tv one thing I need to work out is to get a logo sorted but whats the best size so I can use it for iTunes Podcast website twitter facebook etc, I would love to have just one logo which i can use everywhere what size would you guys suggest?

You need different sizes for different things. Generally it has been 300x300 or 600x600 for Podcasts but that has changed. Itunes now requires a 1400x1400 image for podcasts.
