Does anyone use a 13" Mac Book Air with Wirecast? Any recommendations?
I would use 1 or 2 Logitech C920s and a BlackMagic Mini-Recorder camera source. Is this doable?
Anyone have any 1st hand experience with a setup like this?
Anyone using a 13" MacBook Pro with retina display and Wirecast?

Max it out. Dual i7, 8GB RAM (I think that's the max for an Air). You might still need to cut some corners with settings.

Thanks cseeman.

I found this, although I do not know the specs.

Maybe the "Air" isn't the best option. If you were to pick between these four models (http://www.bestbuy.ca/catalog/compare-result.aspx?path=be9fb4c060d680084514dcccdfd5f6a3e n99&ProductIds=10277170,10277207,10277193,10218594&ReturnPath=%2fen-CA%2fcategory%2fapple-macbook-pro%2f26225.aspx%3fpath%3d4f49cf0de6e8d56ebed17b05 a782d681en01), what would you pick? Should I consider this HP ENVY (http://www.bestbuy.ca/en-CA/product/hewlett-packard-hp-envy-15-6-touchsmart-laptop-silver-intel-core-i7-4700mq-1tb-hdd-16gb-ram-windows-8-1-15-j178ca/10282876.aspx?path=f2daee6af2e8c9dee55f8fb42b64e00 0en02) or avoid HP?

HP Z series laptops have a Thunderbolt port so that could be a consideration.
I prefer 15" MBPr because they have two Thunderbolt ports (and two USB3 buses). They can be boot camped to run Windows as well, giving you a Windows computer with two Thunderbolt ports.

Thanks cseeman. I ended up purchasing a MBP 15" (i7 quad, 16Gb ram, 512 SSD, dedicated graphics card).
