Yeah I watched that thing yesterday and I'm looking forward to it. With my failing eyesight and loss of sensory skills the larger size will be a welcomed improvement. By the way, the guy demonstrating this device is in serious need of a manicure.

I think the issue will be for people who have gone bigger already. Im using an LG G2 and its 5.5 inches. I cant see going down to a smaller screen at this point.

Apple may advance the functionality of the iPad by adding a new split-screen multitasking feature to the tablet in iOS 8, reports 9to5Mac. The option would allow iPad owners to use two apps simultaneously on a single screen in landscape mode, a function frequently touted by Microsoft as an advantage for its Surface tablets over the iPad. Steve Jobs would never have agreed to this plastic device. He was adamant for quality control, that is why your iphone has been the most durable of all cell phones...and it works.

You watch it won't be long until you won't need to make appointments at your apple store.

This phone looks like what it is..designed by a committee. Changing button locations was probably the button committee, the plastic housing was from the plastico committee, etc. Steve Jobs circumvented all the committees, and because he was "the man" iphone, ipad, mac were exactly as he wanted them and resistance was futile. Now that Steve is gone he can't ghost further product releases.

Sad, but watch. It may take a couple of years, but soon enough Apple dominance will be history.

Steve Jobs was Apple

What do you think we are going to see tomorrow at WWDC?

Well, I'll say that on the Apple side it will be a bunch of sales/user base figures, iOS8 talk, and perhaps an updated Mac Mini.

I have seen several of the mockups and some validated third-party case options. Excuse the pun but it will be a welcome sight with the larger screen and hopefully easier to type. The not so talked about real benefit will be iOS 8 which will include a greatly enhanced Siri vocabulary. The new processor is needed to better drive Siri's more advanced A.I. interface.

As always, this is based on the various sources available on the net but I tend to believe some of it. Frankly, I need a new PC before upgrading my phone and I'm still debating between Windows and a new Mac.
